[Veggie Meatballs] ❤
Ingredients :-
- 200 grams lean ground meat (depends on yourself)

2 cloves of garlic,
minced
-
1 egg
-
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
-
3 tablespoons soy sauce
-
3 green onions, sliced
-
1 teaspoon ground pepper
-
1 baby carrot, diced
Instructions :-
1.
Gently stir together meatball ingredients and form 1
to 1½ inch meatballs.
2. Heat
your non-stick pan, fry and flip until meatballs
are thoroughly cooked.
3.
Sprinkle on additional green onions if desired.
4.
Serve with mustard sauce! Yummmm J
