Everyone is asking ‘What I eat for my workout’? SO now I am going to share my meal recipe and instructions to all of YOU! Enjoy!! XD (。♥‿♥。)
[Meal of the day - Grilled Chicken with Cauliflower] 

Ingredients for Grilled Chicken :-

-       1 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-       1 teaspoon salt
-       2 cloves of garlic, minced
-       2 tablespoons chili powder
-       1 tablespoons black pepper
-       1 teaspoon smoked paprika

To make the Grilled Chicken :-

1.     Slice the chicken breast in half horizontally, so that you get 2 thin chicken breast pieces.
2.     In a shallow bowl, add in the salt, garlic, chili powder and black pepper to marinate the chicken at least 20 minutes or up to 8 hours!
3.     Prepare your pan for grill the chicken.
4.     When your pan is really scorching hot (oil free), drop your chicken right in and do not move it for at least 4-6 minutes, until a nice golden crust forms.
5.     Using kitchen tongs, carefully turn the chicken.
6.     Sprinkle with  paprika pepper, and continue to pan fry for 4-6 minutes.
7.     Garnish with green onions, sweet corns, and serve immediately.
