Munmunlim‿Eatclean Menu >//> BBQ Garlic Grilled Chicken x Veggie Macaroni ❤

Healthy food does not have to be boring at all! Eat clean meal of the day – 
[BBQ Garlic Grilled Chicken x Veggie Macaroni] 

Ingredients for BBQ Garlic Grilled Chicken :-

-       2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-       Salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
-       2 cloves of garlic, minced or grated
-       2 tablespoons chili powder
-       2 teaspoons black pepper
-       ¼  cup soy sauce
-       ¼  cup red wine
-       1 teaspoon raw honey

To make the BBQ Garlic Grilled Chicken :-

1. Combine salt, garlic, chili powder, black pepper, soy sauce, red wine and raw honey together in a bowl. Let the chicken breasts marinate into the bowl at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours!
2. When you are ready to serve these chicken breasts, turn your grill on and set it to high heat.
3. Grill each piece about 4-6 minutes on each side!
4. Garnish with green onions and served!

Ingredients for Veggie Macaroni :-

-       1/3 cup of macaroni
-       1 teaspoon salt
-       1 teaspoon black pepper
-       3 cloves garlic, crushed (crush them lightly with the flat side of a knife and the heel of your hand) 


-    2 tablespoons sweet corn
-       2 tablespoons pea               >      Can use frozen mix vegetables
-       1 baby carrot, diced          

To make the Veggie Macaroni :-

1.   Bring water to a furious boil, let macaroni cook al dente.
2.   Meanwhile, fry the garlic and season with salt, black pepper, sweet corn, baby carrot and pea.
3.   Drain macaroni and add to the pan, served!
